Is GSSI a legally licensed security agency?

GSSI is duly-registered with the Security and Exchange Commission, with a Regular License to Operate and an LTOPF with the Philippine National Police under RA 5487.

By default, GSSI deploys armed personnel — each guard is issued a 9mm pistol or 12-gauge shotgun, with sufficient ammunition, and a handheld radio. However, deployment specifications can be adjusted based on client requirements. If unarmed or lightly-equipped personnel are preferred for certain posts (such as reception areas or retail floors), this can be arranged during the planning phase.

GSSI maintains a rigorous staff selection process, prioritizing former military and police personnel, and seasoned security professionals for their discipline and operational expertise. All candidates undergo strict background checks and must present valid licenses and clearances before deployment.

You may contact GSSI by submitting an inquiry form on our Contact page, emailing inquiries@gssi.com.ph, or calling (02) 5310 3480 during business hours, and our team will get in touch to schedule a site assessment and prepare a customized plan.
